Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of your package without giving a reason. (This does not apply to items that are explicitly excluded from exchange).

To the returns portal

We only accept returns for new and unworn goods. In the event that the goods are damaged upon arrival at our returns warehouse, we will send them back to you. Beforehand, it is checked whether this loss of value of the nature, properties and functionality of the goods is due to unnecessary handling of them.
If you want to return two orders to us, we ask you to send them back to us individually. Thus we can guarantee a fast and correct handling of the returns process.
